What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our wholesale minimum order is 100 units per order.

Where do you ship from and what are the shipping terms?
All orders ship factory-direct from China. Default terms are EXW China, with FOB or FCA available on request. Pricing is quoted in USD and is negotiable for committed recurring volume.
What is your production lead time?
First orders take 15–25 business days for production, and repeat orders take 10–15 days. Freight time is additional.
What are your payment terms?
For a first order we require a 50% deposit with the purchase order and the remaining 50% before dispatch, paid via T/T in USD.
Is packaging retail-ready, and what's your warranty policy?
Yes, all products are shipped in retail-ready packaging. We include a 2% defect allowance, and any verified faulty units are credited or replaced.
